SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Canada & U.S. Shipping Rates

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer flat rate shipping at $15 CAD to Canada, and $18 USD to U.S.
International Shipping
- We are currently shipping Worldwide.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping days you’ve selected after receiving your confirmation and “your order is on the way” email, please contact us at hello@helmthelabel.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Duties and Taxes
- Customs and Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HELM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Damages and Issues
- Damages: HELM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or haven’t revived it at all after your expected delivery date, please contact the shipment carrier to directly file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim in case they ask for proof.
