RETURN POLICY
Returns Policy
We offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving you order for CANADIAN customers only. Meaning you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.
- Refunds will be processed within 8-15 business days upon receiving the returned item.
- After item is received and assessed to meet the above criteria, you will receive the refund.
How to Initiate a Refund:
- Please contact our customer service team at returns@helmthelabel.ca within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Our customer service representative will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
Exchanges:
- Best way to issue an exchange is to request a return for you current order and place a new order to ensure the item/size you wish to order is in stock.
- Please contact returns@helmthelabel.ca to ensure you can exchange your current order.
Exclusions:
- Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
