Refund policy

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving you order for CANADIAN customers only. Meaning you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. 

Conditions for Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.
  • Refunds will be processed within 8-15 business days upon receiving the returned item.
  • After item is received and assessed to meet the above criteria, you will receive the refund.


International Returns Policy

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges from international customers, unless the item received is faulty or defective.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@helmthelabel.ca with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos and a brief description of the defect

We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are not covered by us, even in the case of defects.
  • In certain cases—depending on the severity of the issue—we may offer a refund, store credit, or case-by-case assistance.
  • Any returns must be sent back using a trackable shipping method, and tracking details must be provided.

How to Initiate a Refund:

  • Please contact our customer service team at returns@helmthelabel.ca within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Our customer service representative will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Exchanges:

  • Best way to issue an exchange is to request a return for you current order and place a new order to ensure the item/size you wish to order is in stock.
  • Please contact returns@helmthelabel.ca to ensure you can exchange your current order.

Exclusions:

  • Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • All accessories are final sale. 
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all items from our Hijab Collection and Hijab Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Pre-order items are produced and reserved specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged


Please note that Helm reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria
