SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Canada & U.S. Shipping Rates

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer flat rate shipping at $15 CAD to Canada, and $25 USD to U.S.
International Shipping
- We are currently only shipping within Canada and U.S. We are not offering worldwide shipping yet.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping days you’ve selected after receiving your confirmation email, please contact us at hello@helmthelabel.ca
- with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Duties and Taxes
- Customs and Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HELM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Damages and Issues

Damages: HELM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim in case they ask for proof.
